Looking for a highly skilled and motivated Founders Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Founders Office. This role will be crucial in supporting our founders and ensuring the smooth functioning of strategic initiatives, project management, and administrative processes.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in workflows
• Manage the Founders Office budget, including expenses and resource allocation
• Provide high-level administrative support to the founders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and engagements
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
