Founding Backend / Platform Engineer (Early Team)

About the role

We are looking for a Founding Backend / Platform Engineer to build the technical backbone of NumeriQu. This is an early, high-ownership role. You will work directly with the founder to translate business problems into scalable backend systems. Over time, this role is expected to grow into a Tech Lead / CTO role as the company scales.

What you'll do

• Designing and building the core backend architecture
• Integrating with multiple data sources (APIs, files, databases)
• Designing databases and data models for analytics
• Building reliable data pipelines
• Making early decisions around scalability, performance, and security
