Founding Business Development Manager

About the role

You will own revenue end-to-end, work directly with the founders on deal strategy, and your feedback will actually shape the product. This is a build role, not a role where you just execute a playbook someone else wrote. You're not selling "another CRM." You're selling a category upgrade from manual admissions chaos to an AI-native operating system to Study Abroad Consultants, Universities, and Higher Education Institutions.

What you'll do

• Own revenue end-to-end, work directly with the founders on deal strategy, and your feedback will actually shape the product
• Closing deals between ₹10L to ₹75L, with the ceiling moving to ₹1Cr plus as we start going after bigger institutions
• Running the full cycle yourself, from outbound to discovery to demo to negotiation to closing
• Keeping your CRM pipeline honest, no inflated numbers, no deals that aren't real
