Founding Investment Partner - Global Healthcare Fund

About the role

We are seeking an experienced investment professional to join us and build the founding team and an enduring brand in the Indian healthcare sector. This person will play a crucial role in evaluating and executing investment opportunities. The partner will also drive growth and value creation for the portfolio companies and take up board responsibilities as and when needed.

What you'll do

• Lead the evaluation, due diligence, IC presentation and execution of investments (including term sheet structuring and negotiation)
• Actively manage and support portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and operational support to drive growth while keeping a keen eye on corporate governance
• Structuring timely and highly profitable exits for fund in potential liquidation events including follow-on rounds/secondaries, M&A and IPOs of all portfolio companies
• Cultivate and leverage deep relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, industry leaders
• Build and nurture a high-performing and collaborative investment team. The role involves taking a hands-on approach to mentor and groom junior professionals
