About the role

Agree to mandate acceptance, commercial terms and delivery commitments with the founders and execution team. Bring evidence from client conversations, won and lost pitches, and unsuitable opportunities into how we evaluate companies and build our systems You know promoters, understand their businesses and can earn their trust.

What you'll do

Develop promoter, founder and CFO relationships, identifying companies with credible IPO or pre-IPO potential
Shape sector coverage, choose priority relationships and personally lead pitches, fee negotiations and mandate conversion
Work with execution and distribution colleagues through completion, maintaining client relationships and developing repeat business
