FP&A COE Finance Analyst

This is an outstanding opportunity to join eBay’s FP&A Center of Excellence (COE) and help shape the future of global Finance. The FP&A COE is a global organization established to centralize, standardize, and scale core financial planning and analysis activities.

What you'll do

• Own and execute core FP&A activities, including close, accruals, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis
• Act as a key point of contact for Finance stakeholders, ensuring accurate, timely, and well-controlled deliverables
• Review and validate OPEX accruals, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis, providing clear insights on financial performance
• Partner with Finance and business teams to understand investment plans, cost drivers, risks, opportunities, and changes in assumptions
• Build scalable reports, dashboards, analytical tools, and insights to improve spend visibility and decision-making

What you need

• 2–6 yrs of experience
• FP&A
• Financial analysis
• Month-end close
• Variance analysis
• Budgeting
• Financial reporting
• Chartered Accountant or CMA or MBA or B.Com or BBA
