What you'll do

• Review and QA AI-agent rollouts in Financial Forecaster . Judge agent answers against the actual model and documents
• Identify failure modes where agents succeed too easily or fail wrongly. Flag tasks that are too easy or solvable without using Financial Forecaster
• Improve realism and difficulty by refining task prompts. Ensure tasks reflect authentic FP&A and lender-reporting work
• Update grading guidance for accuracy . Ensure correct answers pass and wrong ones fail, including gating failures
• Catch plausible-but-wrong answers that a non-expert reviewer might miss. Ensure consistency with the rest of the pack
