FP&A - Manager/Sr.Manager

About the role

Reporting to the CFO, the Manager/Senior Manager - FP&A will be responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, MIS reporting and business performance analysis for the organisation. This is a work-from-office role based on the Western Line of Mumbai. This is an opportunity to join a fast-scaling manufacturing company in a high-impact FP&A role with strong visibility to senior finance leadership.

What you'll do

• Shape FP&A reporting and insights for a fast-scaling global group company
• Leading the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting and variance analysis
• Building and maintaining financial models for business planning, scenario analysis and decision support
• Preparing, analysing and presenting MIS reports to senior management
• Tracking business KPIs, margins, costs and financial trends to support performance improvement

What you need

• 5–12 yrs of experience
• FP&A
• Financial modelling

• Chartered Accountant or CMA or MBA
