FP&A Team Lead

About the role

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

What you'll do

• Analyze current and historical trends in revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and investigate unexpected variances
• Manage and enhance budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and financial modeling tools
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, along with ad hoc financial analysis
• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboard reports

What you need

• 3–8 yrs of experience
• FP&A
• Financial modelling
• Budgeting
• Financial reporting
• Variance analysis
• Forecasting
• Chartered Accountant or B.Com or MBA or M.Com
