Freelance Full-Time English into Simplified Chinese (China) CTD Module Language Lead

About the role

Your language proficiency and subject matter expertise will ensure our deliverables meet the highest standards before reaching clients. Working closely with your manager and Project Managers, you will translate and proofread documents for a diverse client base in the Life Science industries. This is a client-facing Language Lead position.

What you'll do

• Client Engagement & Quality Management
• Review and investigate client complaints and quality-related issues, determine root causes, and provide timely, well-documented responses and corrective actions
• Maintain language quality standards across projects and accounts
• Manage language assets, including translation memories (TMs), glossaries, and style guides, ensuring they are accurate, consistent, and up to date
• Project & Team Coordination

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Translation
• Any graduate

• Proofreading
• Chemistry
