What you'll do

• Warmly greet and welcome at reception in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
• Assist the administration in resolving guest instances by demonstrating a calm and composed demeanor
• Manage room and conference booking requests
• Perform office duties related to ordering supplies, managing records and handling stock management

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Guest service

• Communication
• Any graduate
