Front Office Associate

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Front Office Associate to join our dynamic team at our prestigious hotel. This role requires excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills to provide a seamless stay for hotel guests.

What you'll do

• Greet guests promptly and professionally, register them by verifying identification, and efficiently handle the guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide guests with relevant information about hotel amenities and services, operating hours, local area attractions, and procedures
• Manage guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems, ensuring accurate room availability and guest details
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and keep accurate guest records, update room status, and front office desk log relevant information
• Prepare vouchers, day to day cash transactions and maintain the ledgers and registers of internal and external official communications, and other clerical works
