About the role

We're looking for a professional and organized Front Office Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for managing front office operations and ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors and clients.

What you'll do

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and courteous demeanor
• Manage reception desk operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation using office management systems
• Provide administrative support to various departments and senior management
