Front Office Executive

About the role

This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, coordinating visitor management, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, organized, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Managing the company’s reception area which includes answering calls
• Greeting visitors and managing front office related administrative work
• Travel assistance and accommodation booking on need basis
• Meeting room & discussion room management
• Stationery and office supply inventory management
