This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ in Vasant Vihar, running the front desk where visitors, calls and correspondence all converge.

What you'll do

• Maintain a tidy and pleasant front desk with all necessary materials — pens, forms, paper — ready before they are needed
• Greet and welcome visitors, direct them to the main area, and make the first sixty seconds feel deliberate
• Respond to inquiries and complaints at the desk — accurate, calm, and within the boundaries of what the office shares
• Use: Visitor management and entry logs, Multi-line phone systems, Courier and dispatch tracking, Office productivity suites
