Front office executive

About the role

Responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, handling check-in and check-out, managing reservations, answering calls and enquiries, maintaining guest records, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, handling payments and resolving guest concerns. The role requires excellent communication, professional behaviour, customer-service skills, computer knowledge and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
