Front Office Executive

About the role

Greet clients, guests, vendors, and candidates warmly, issue visitor passes or temporary access badges, and notify the respective internal staff of their arrival. Answer, screen, log, and redirect incoming telephone calls to appropriate departments or personnel, and take reliable messages when staff are unavailable.

What you'll do

• Call & Communication Handling: Answer, screen, log, and redirect incoming telephone calls to appropriate departments or personnel
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage meeting room bookings, schedule appointments for upper management, and coordinate internal or external events
