About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Executive (female) to manage the front desk operations at our Adyar and Anna Nagar branches. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

What you'll do

• Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents with a warm and professional demeanor
• Answer phone calls and emails, providing information about our courses, schedules, and fees
• Manage inquiries and enrollments, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping
• Handle fee collections and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Manage student attendance and maintain related records
