FSP Manager

About the role

Overview As an FSP Manager, you will be a key member of the FSP team, supporting one of our global pharmaceutical clients. As a primary point of contact between Phastar and the client, you will provide a client-centric service that focuses on satisfying FSP client staffing and account oversight needs.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of programmers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support in R programming projects
• Support the development and implementation of R-based solutions within clinical research and biometrics programs
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to process improvements, technology adoption, and operational excellence across the function
