What you'll do

• Be at both, because the work requires it
• Design, build, and optimise complex assays from scratch
• Conceive of these assays, design them, troubleshoot them at the bench, optimise them, and scale them up
• Write the code for data ingestion and processing
• Close the design feedback loop
