The Full Stack Engineer – Incident Response & Application Stability is responsible for stabilizing and improving business-critical web applications and internal systems within one.com / group.one . The role focuses on analyzing production incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable technical solutions to ensure system stability, maintainability, and reliable application performance.

What you'll do

  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents impacting internal and customer-facing applications
  • Perform structured root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes
  • Respond to production issues and support system stability across applications
  • Take ownership of technical issues from analysis to resolution
  • Collaborate with support teams, developers, and stakeholders to reproduce and resolve issues
