Fullstack Staff Frontend Engineer

About the role

We're hiring a Staff Full-Stack Frontend Engineer to take direct, hands-on ownership of some of the hardest problems in our frontend: canvas rendering, state and data flow for long-lived sessions, real-time collaboration, and the extensibility surfaces that let our product behave like code. You'll work closely with our CTO and the rest of the engineering team, helping shape shared patterns while primarily building and shipping critical systems yourself.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship complex frontend systems end-to-end, including canvas rendering, state management, real-time collaboration, and supporting infrastructure
• Own key frontend domains, including module boundaries, data flow, rendering performance, and memory behavior for large, long-lived sessions
• Contribute to architecture decisions and RFCs, then take primary ownership of implementation in your areas
• Write high-quality, well-tested, observable code, and help establish practical testing and harden the architecture against recurrence
• Diagnose complex production issues, fix root causes, and strengthen systems against recurrence

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• React
• TypeScript
• JavaScript
• Data visualisation
• Any graduate
