Functional Consultant – Supply Chain Management (Semi-Conductor Industry)1 Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for incidents and service requests related to: Supply Chain Management – backlog reports, demand data issues. Shipping & Procurement – stuck PO/PR approvals, 3PL receipts, picklist failures, OSP transactions
What you'll do
- Manage and resolve ServiceNow incidents and service requests within defined SLA
- Perform thorough root cause analysis and document resolution notes clearly
- Collaborate with BSA, DBA, and cross-functional teams (B2B, Finance, Logistics) for complex issues
- Contribute to proactive problem management and recurring issue identification
- Support minor enhancements, data fixes, and non-prod deployments
