Fund Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fund Accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, solid industry experience, and the ability to manage end‑to‑end accounting processes independently. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

What you'll do

• Fund Accounting & Financial Operations
• Prepare accounting entries and maintain accurate books and records for Luxembourg real estate fund structures (e.g., RAIF, SIF, SICAV/SICAF, SCSp)
• Prepare NAV calculations, capital accounts, management fees, and other recurring fund-level workings
• Record real estate–related transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, rental income, development costs, financing, and SPV activities
• Ensure all accounting work complies with Lux GAAP and/or IFRS as applicable

What you need

• Chartered Accountant
