Fund Administration Specialist

About the role

The role covers oversight of NAV-related activities, conducting independent/alternate checks, processing and validating vendor payments, and producing clear, comprehensive reporting. The incumbent will co-ordinate internal, statutory, and SEBI audits, and will take ownership of tax co-ordination and related tax activities.

What you'll do

• Ensure daily NAVs for multiple Mutual Fund (MF) schemes are accurately calculated by Fund Accounting (FA) and disseminated to the RTA within regulatory cut-offs
• Manage scheme financials, including scheme accounting activities and related controls
• Ensure invoices for scheme expenses are processed, validated, and recorded within agreed timelines
• Provide extensive co-ordination and support for audits, including internal and statutory audits
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, including ongoing monitoring and required submissions/activities
