Fund Controller - Employee Chargeback

About the role

Summarize and journalize employee time-charge submissions in accounting systems Prior experience in a shared services centre, fund administration, or banking environment strongly preferred CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification required. 3 hours per day overlap with UK business hours required.

What you'll do

• Review and continuously improve employee time-charge process, identifying opportunities for process optimization and accuracy enhancement
• Follow up with employees on incomplete, missing, or incorrect time-charge submissions
• Prepare and deliver analytics and reports on time-charge submission patterns and trends
• Coordinate closely with (US) and the Management Company Finance team on reporting requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all employee time-charge data and supporting documentation

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Reporting
• Accounting
• Chartered Accountant or B.Com
