Fund Services Assistant Manager, Private Credit

About the role

Utilize strong accounting, finance, and analytical skills to support fund operations and reporting requirements. Demonstrate leadership by driving process improvements, leading projects, and contributing to operational enhancements. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of fund governing documents, client agreements, and investor reporting requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of 10-12 members, ensuring efficient workflow management and achievement of team objectives
• Oversee the end-to-end Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation process for Private Credit Funds
• Supervise, mentor, and train team members, including onboarding new employees and providing ongoing guidance and development
• Ensure all deliverables meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
• Administer, review, and report on fund accounting activities while maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices
