Fund Servicing Analyst

About the role

As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements.

What you'll do

• Perform daily Depositary Services monitoring and oversight activities
• Ensure accurate, timely processing of deliverables on Depositary Records in line with applicable procedures, policies, and checklists
• Escalate urgently when instructions are unclear or cannot be processed on time; obtain clarification from the appropriate party
• Adhere to internal procedures & controls; ensure the 4-eyes principle is applied at all times
• Receive, investigate, and respond to internal queries accurately and within agreed timelines

• Financial statements
• Mutual funds
• Reporting
• Excel
