Fund Servicing Analyst

About the role

As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements.

What you'll do

• Monitor compliance exceptions at daily cutoffs, ensuring timely escalation of material issues
• Analyze exceptions using instrument data, rule logic, and prospectus terms to determine validity
• Work with data management and rule teams to fix false positives, validate fixes in test and production environments
• Ensure compliance processes and schedules complete on time; manage dependencies and re-runs to meet SLAs
• Research and resolve data import/feed issues with providers and internal stakeholders; document outcomes and preventive actions
