Fund Servicing Associate

As a Fund Servicing Associate I within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational services related to fund accounting and administration.

What you'll do

• Reconcile and resolve differences in clients’ cash and stock entitlements across Trade & Income products (e.g., paydowns, interest & dividends, collateral, margins )
• Review cash and asset breaks between accounting/custody records; ensure commentary is clear and understood by internal stakeholders and clients
• Review day-to-day activities per SOPs , meeting agreed client deadlines and SLAs
• Perform/coordinate audit support and resource planning for peak cycles with internal parties
• Conduct ongoing analysis of client accounting records; escalate potential issues appropriately
