Fund Servicing Manager

About the role

As a Fund Servicing Manager ll within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our fund servicing operations. Leveraging your broad knowledge of fund accounting and administration, you will provide advice and support to ensure progress within established procedures and policies.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end workflow across the full Fund Accounting lifecycle , ensuring timely and accurate delivery of daily BAU activities
• Provide operational management and oversight of the daily production workflow within the Fund Accounting team
• Maximize team capacity through resource planning , workload prioritization, and maintaining a robust team structure through training and succession planning
• Ensure completion and sign-off of daily controls and processing , including resolution of client service inquiries and production of key metrics/KPIs as required
• Operate as an active member of the team, providing hands-on support as needed to meet critical timelines
