Fusion HCM Consultant (Talent Management) – P2/P3/P4

About the role

We are seeking a Fusion HCM Consultant with expertise in Talent Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Recruiting and Core HR, Compensation and Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Talent Management. The consultant should have hands-on experience in executing end-to-end recruiting solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud and be proficient in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solutioning.

What you'll do

• Requirement Gathering and Solutioning: Conduct requirement gathering sessions, perform fit-gap analysis, and propose appropriate solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud
