Gas Turbine Sub-Systems & Accessories Engineer

About the role

The Gas Turbine Subsystems and Accessories Design Engineer is responsible for the design, development, integration, and validation of critical engine systems, including Engine Control, Engine Start, Fuel, Oil, and Pneumatic Systems (bleed air and surge control lines). The role involves carrying out subsystem design to ensure operability, manufacturability, and compliance with requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop subsystem architectures, requirements, interface definitions, and design solutions that meet performance, reliability, safety, weight, cost
• Generate and review engineering deliverables including specifications, design reports, drawings, models, schematics, interface control documents
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical design, controls, performance, stress, thermal, manufacturing
• Support subsystem verification and validation activities, including component, rig, and engine testing
• Support other team members, develop junior engineers and provide constructive feedback

What you need
