GBG Business Reporting Trainer Subject Matter Expert (SME)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Accounting and Reporting Trainer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support knowledge transition and capability development within our Business Reporting team. The incumbent will be responsible for receiving process handovers from the sending location, documenting process knowledge, and delivering structured training programs to new Hub colleagues at the receiving location.

What you'll do

• Knowledge Transfer & Transition Management
• Individual contributor who acts as the primary point of contact for process transition from colleagues at the sending location
• Design and deliver structured classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training for receiving entity
• Translate business accounting and reporting, costing, cost management, and SAP concepts into clear, practical learning content for varied audiences
• Build sustainable process capability through robust documentation, knowledge validation, coaching, and post-training support

• Chartered Accountant or CMA or B.Com or BBA
