About the role

The Team Coordinator Financial Reporting acts as the main support to the Manager in coordinating Financial Reporting activities and deliverables. The role organizes and monitors process execution, supports the team in completing activities correctly, and helps ensure the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and overall quality of accounting information and reporting to headquarters.

What you'll do

• Coordinate, organize, and monitor Financial Reporting processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and overall quality
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and help ensure the quality of reporting to headquarters
• Encourage the implementation of new technologies within Financial Reporting
• Assess and resolve operational issues, acting as the point of entry and first level of escalation
• Promote and support process improvements, including the review of KPIs
