What you'll do

• Perform capital structure analysis in the context of strategic corporate transactions such as M&A, LBOs, IPOs, restructurings, etc
• Estimate potential rating impact of transactions
• Contributes to commercial efforts to identify and win new business opportunities
• Develop and audit financial models applied to credit and rating assessments
• Participate in inaugural ratings processes for clients
