GBS PMO & Transformation Analyst

About the role

The GBS PMO & Transformation Analyst provides project, governance, analytical and administrative support to the Global Business Services function. The role supports the development and execution of the GBS roadmap by assisting with service transitions, business case development, project & process governance, stakeholder reporting, performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support the delivery of GBS projects, transitions and improvement initiatives
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and milestone schedules
• Assist in planning and coordinating the migration of activities into the GBS organisation
• Support transition readiness assessments, training coordination and go-live preparation
• Coordinate GBS governance meetings, steering committees and project review forums
