WPB NFR lead - GCB4 - Strong Portfolio Services background to support Transformation Leadership and Group Transformation Office to shape new ways of working and processes to optimise IWPB portfolios.

What you'll do

Manage and drive continuous improvement of Non-Financial Risks impact assessment and management to support change delivery across IWPB Portfolio
Develop IWPB-specific approach and guidance on Data Control Impact Assessment and management
Work with IWPB Portfolio Assurance to determine the continuous monitoring approach for NFR including Data Control across Tier-1 portfolios
