GCC Monitoring Analyst at Saxobank. Perform continuous monitoring of application services and underlying infrastructure to ensure platform stability and availability.

What you'll do

  • Perform continuous monitoring of application services and underlying infrastructure to ensure platform stability and availability
  • Triage incoming alerts, cases, and incidents, and drive follow‑ups for assignment, investigation, and timely resolution
  • Identify recurring issues and raise problem records and problem tasks in line with Problem Management practices
  • Ensure incidents and problems are documented with clear descriptions and accurate Configuration Item (CI) mapping
  • Adhere to established ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management
