About the role

This role is part of the COO Vendor Management pillar which aims to manage all GCIO/technology vendors is a consistent and best practice manner. Vendor Management’s goal is to create consistent and structured approach to managing technology vendors throughout their lifecycle – from selection to renewal or exit – maximising value, addressing risk and aligning performance with business goals.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and delivery of executive-level vendor performance dashboards, reports, and analytics
• Perform data mining, data analysis, and trend identification across multiple vendor, operational, and financial data sources
• Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Drive vendor performance reviews and identify opportunities for optimization, cost efficiency, and service improvement
• Independently engage with senior stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, present insights, and influence decision-making
