About the role
Conduct classroom and practical training as per the approved GDA curriculum. Deliver modules related to patient care, infection control, personal hygiene, first aid, nutrition, vital signs monitoring, and hospital procedures. Facilitate hands-on practice sessions, demonstrations, and role-plays. Ensure trainees achieve the required competency standards for certification.
What you'll do
- Conduct classroom and practical training as per the approved GDA curriculum

- Monitor student attendance, participation, and performance
- Provide counseling and mentoring to improve learning outcomes and retention
