General Manager/ Assistant Vice President - Internal Audit

About the role

Strengthen risk governance through risk register management and operational risk framework enhancement. Experience Typically 10-15+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, or related functions. Prior experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or regulated industries preferred.

What you'll do

• Lead and execute risk-based internal audits across business functions and operational processes
• Drive audit planning, fieldwork reviews, stakeholder discussions, and final audit reporting
• Conduct opening and closing meetings with senior business stakeholders
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve process efficiency, control effectiveness, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor and track audit observations through successful closure and remediation
