About the role
This is a senior finance leadership role combining corporate finance governance with hands-on, multi-plant financial control.
What you'll do
- Taxation, Compliance & Governance
- Own direct and indirect tax strategy, including corporate tax, GST, TDS and other applicable duties
- Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance, including relevant SEBI requirements
- Lead internal, external and statutory tax audits and act as a key interface with auditors, tax authorities and regulators
- Oversee transfer-pricing documentation for cross-border / inter-company transactions and applicable manufacturing tax incentives
