About the role

Financial planning and business profitability Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, monthly MIS reports and project/client-wise profitability reports. Help management decide which projects and clients are financially beneficial. Handle monthly financial closing, Ind AS financial statements and Ind AS 115 revenue recognition.

What you'll do

  • Handle monthly financial closing, Ind AS financial statements and Ind AS 115 revenue recognition. Understand fixed-price projects, time-and-materials billing
  • Manage financial operations involving India, the USA and the UAE, including foreign remittances, FEMA/RBI compliance, transfer pricing, withholding tax
  • Manage liquidity, collections, working capital, bank loans, overdrafts, bank guarantees, letters of credit and foreign currency exposure. This is a major part of the role
  • Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, statutory audits, Companies Act compliance and internal financial controls. Experience maintaining clean audits is important
