About the role

We started with our first consumer product, Dhan, an investment and trading platform launched in November 2021. Today, Dhan ranks #8 amongst stock brokers in India and continues to be one of the fastest-growing platforms in the investment and trading ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Own revenue and targets with full accountability for CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margins
• Define and execute the multi-channel growth strategy across performance marketing, partnerships, offline distribution, and emerging offline/online channels
• Optimize the full funnel from lead generation to policy issuance and renewals, improving conversion rates and reducing drop-offs
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Underwriting, Sales, Operations, and Compliance to unlock scalable growth
• Ensure capital efficiency through revenue ownership, forecasting, and dynamic budget allocation
