General Manager, India

About the role

We're looking for a seasoned leader to own Duolingo's trajectory in India and build our business in the market. In addition to being a strategic, resourceful, high-influence generalist, we want someone with excellent product sense, built through leading or partnering closely with product teams at global consumer tech companies.

What you'll do

• Lead them as one cross-functional team focused on India
• Spend your time on things that move these core metrics
• Responsible for India's strategy and priorities, and accountable for results
• Build and lead an India-based cross-functional team, as well as the culture and operating cadence that hold it together
• Work closely with product teams to shape India-specific product and course improvements

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
