About the role

Responsible for ensuring all green building related aspects as per design are incorporated during construction Proactive identification of MEP related issues & implementation of remedial / corrective actions on matters affecting the progress & quality of the project Oversee preparation & record of drawing schedule, technical submittal schedule & material track log

What you'll do

• Ensuring training of contractors staff and workmen working at sites
• Ensure implementation of processes related to MEP in the assigned region
• Providing feedback for improving working processes
• Responsible for intensive reviews of GFC drawings & cost optimization
• Responsible for ensuring all green building related aspects as per design are incorporated during construction

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
• MEP
• Construction
• Quality control
• B.Tech or B.E.
