General Manager - Project Execution - Major EPC firm

About the role

20-25 years of experience in large-scale building construction project execution. Proven track record of delivering high-rise projects from planning to handover. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. Sound knowledge of QA/QC processes, EHS standards, statutory compliance, and RERA regulations.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale high-rise and building construction projects from planning through handover
• Drive project delivery within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Oversee site execution across civil, structural, finishing, MEP, and external development works
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, finance, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Manage project budgeting, cost control, cash flow planning, vendor billing, and procurement strategy
