General Manager– Renewable Energy (Techno-Commercial)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager / Deputy General Manager – Techno-Commercial to lead techno-commercial functions across renewable energy projects, including solar and wind. The role requires a strong understanding of project execution, commercial evaluation, regulatory frameworks, bid management, contracts, and stakeholder coordination.

What you'll do

• Lead techno-commercial evaluation of solar and wind power projects
• Assess project feasibility, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, IRR, and financial viability
• Coordinate with EPC vendors, consultants, DISCOMs, and regulatory authorities
• Support project structuring for utility-scale and open-access projects
• Review technical specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and commercial proposals
