About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on leader to drive leadership capability building and operational excellence across the organization. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership development programs for Center Leaders, Regional Teams, and mid-level management, while embedding a strong culture of Six Sigma–driven problem solving.

  • Deliver engaging, practical, and outcome-oriented training sessions personally (classroom, workshops, on-ground)
